Transgender
“Transgender people come from all walks of life. We are dads and moms, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters. We are your coworkers, and your neighbors. We are 7-year-old children and 70-year-old grandparents. We are a diverse community, representing all racial and ethnic backgrounds, as well as faith backgrounds.” – HRC
Xavaria Drew, soon to be Xavion Drew is a young lady (age 28) who decided being a woman isn’t the right gender for her anymore. She grew up in a household with males and adapted most of their habits. She loves playing sports- mainly Football and Basketball. In 2016 (age 26) Xavaria came out to her family about her plan but did not get much support. In 2017 (age 27) Xavaria decided to continue her journey and is still in progress. I decided to use twitter to set a positive example to others that it’s okay to be who you are, don’t be afraid even though there are many who’s against. And decided to show some image of before and after process.
